The ABCs of IEPs...A is for Advocate!

I advocate, I am advocating, I have advocated. Advocacy is an action word, it's about change. An advocate is part of your team and will represent you and your child at each school meeting. Having an advocate who understands the law and special education can help you to ensure that your child's IEP has the supports and services needed to allow them to make meaningful progress in their education. An advocate can help you make sure your concerns are addressed and may make recommendations to the team.

IEPs can work and you can get the services and supports your child needs, and I can help you. Please contact me for a free 15 minute consultation, let's work together!
